We offer comprehensive 3D measurement services including measuring roughness on Carl Zeiss's Contura G2 activ. Here we are able to make component measurements including the resulting measurement protocol.

All machined parts are subjected to precision checks during production. Prior to commencement of series production, the first piece of each series is checked on each machine. If it meets the required values, serial production is commenced. During production, the parts are further randomly measured. All measurement results are recorded and evaluated in the measurement protocol.
